RP-related stuff, when it isn't obviously based on another game or fandom or whatnot, is currently in this awkward little grey area between original fic and fan fiction in my head, so I gave it its own list. Incomplete, because there are other things I can add, but I need to rush to post this.

Adventures and Campaigns

The Crystal Cave - (MRQ) Inspired by this place. Exploration of a cave that is very dangerous, very beautiful, and has dangerous lizard cultists in it.

Storm in the Desert - (SR4) Trouble in Las Vegas after the collapse of the Ute Nation, with all of the unrest that goes with it.

Untitled - (MRQ) Not sure exactly what to do with it, just an idea I have about strange perfumes that make people feel emotions that they don't necessarily want to feel, and the aftermath.

- Various bits and pieces for some homebrew settings that a friend of mine is working on, game mechanics, info about Z-Splats, things like that. Quite a few of these, in fact.

Campaign Settings:
- The Philadelphia Freehold, for a campaign that I want to continue (CtL.)
- A tropical setting that I've been kicking around using the MRQ rule set, involving the colonization of a chain of tropical islands, which contain three major tribes who use different forms of mystical power. I'm still working on details; I think I have the major themes down. I just need to do it in such a way that I don't play into any of the major offensive stereotypes that bug me so much with such stories.

Fiction

The Bouncer - Story of an emotionally-distant bouncer who dies because of her distance and her addiction to anonymous, ah, encounters. I will probably move this to the Original list and divorce it from game concepts entirely, since I'll probably never play this character anyway. No one else around here besides togapika is interested in Mummy.

Bracelets - I've posted bits of this before, the one about the teenager with the crush on an older guy, who doesn't turn out to be as nice as he seems, and charm bracelets that were meant to manipulate her feelings.

Sweet As Blood - (CtL) Pastry chef turned into a literal living pastry. There's a fairly large subplot in this about a hunter who becomes a hunting hound and has his teeth made utterly useless when he tries to bite the wrong entity; I might make that its own story.

Tales from Lost Vegas - (CtL) A collection of stories inspired by a setting that someone on the WW forums created which I learned about when my boyfriend used them to run a game for us (one that I enjoyed a lot more than his avatar CtL attempt.) Ideas so far:
- Story about a prize boxer who signed the wrong contract and ended up playing a venue he didn't like. Not very smart but stubborn, grew up near Atlanta and loved animals, etc....
- Various bits of politicking among the courts, including one situation where someone is convinced that one of them is trying to throw the Blackjack game where they're playing to see who rules the Freehold that year.

Untitled bits:
- Short story about a friend's homebrew game, basically introducing a college student who finds out the hard way that he has psychic powers that some company wants to get ahold of.
- MtA: the story of a slightly insane street preacher and unknowing theurge and the bitter, cynical warlock who loves (?) him. And there's the rest of the cabal in there, but they don't really show up much yet.
- SR4: Backstory for a character that I still want to use in a solo session with a friend, a fantastic street doc who has a past with Aztechnology and a guilty conscience.
- Scion: Writing a few ideas down about a character, the hospice nurse who grows flowers and plays piano for his patients, to try to get the hang of it. Will probably write out his backstory, once the ST lets me find out what it is. :p
- GtS: Backstory about a character, a college drop-out who dies because she drank too much, and is possessed by a very angry soldier who wants revenge.
