Financial aid and the like has been dealt with. All I have left to do is to deal with the vaccinations that are required, and I'm ready to sign up for classes.
It's finally hitting me that I am actually going to do this, and I think I'd be more excited if I wasn't so tired. (Caffeine withdrawal, I hope. Although there are questions I need to ask my doctor.) My mother found out recently that she was born with a hole between the left and right ventricles of her heart, and one of my sisters already has learned that she has the same defect as well. I need to have the same test done. It can be treated with surgery, which is a terrifying prospect for me, but I'll do it if I must.
Still. I am trying to not get mad at myself for not doing this earlier. Let's be honest. I wasn't ready to do it earlier than this. Now I am, and I'm going to be a programmer, and this is going to happen.
