I'm putting the word "runs" in quotes because I can't think of any point when I was going faster than four miles per hours, except for a couple of points on the treadmill.
Thirty-one minutes each - five minute warmup, five minute cooldown, with six intervals of 1.5 minute run and 2 minute walk in the middle.
Unfortunately I can't see my exact distance anymore. The first one (8/29/16) was somewhere around 3.1 km on a treadmill. The second and third were outside, along the same trail.
8/31/16: 2.9 km
9/4/16: 2.8 km
I might do this week over. These outdoor runs were just painful, and I need to get used to longer run times before I try to make them even longer. I always end up with the pain in my side being even worse, and it's just frustrating. Gotta remember it's only been two weeks.
