I think that the walking is starting to help a bit. I feel better, and my clothes are feeling... I don't know. Maybe a little bit looser? It's hard to tell, really.

I think that's finally giving me a reason not to eat all the ice cream (when I can get it, anyway.) I don't want to overdo the exercise like I did before, but I do want to keep at it.

In other news, does anyone else think it's really shady when someone refuses to let you pay to have a third party look at the car they're selling before you buy it? It was even weirder because we had cash in hand. It was another old car, but it would've been useful for emergencies, at least.

Yep. :/ It was a private owner selling a car from the mid-nineties; the only reason anyone would've said no to that, IMO, was because they knew something was wrong. I mean, we had cash in hand to buy the car! All we had to know was that it was safe for me to drive.

oh yeah. That's shady. I wouldn't do it. Getting it checked out is important I think.

Yeah, and immediately after we told him we wouldn't buy it, he relisted it at a lower price. *sigh* Definitely something going on there.
