At least the article itself did a better job of acknowledging that different people had different dietary needs. Still, that got on my nerves.
I don't even worry too much about exactly what proportion of fat, protein and carbohydrates I eat, anymore. I'm just doing my best to avoid eating out at fast food restaurants, and doing my best to cook at home, and from scratch when I can. It already seems to be helping, and I've only been at it for a week! (Also, you will never convince me that exercise isn't important, even if it doesn't directly help one lose weight. If nothing else, it helps keep my mood up!)
