My boyfriend and I had a discussion about whether or not it made sense that saving Trish was the evil choice and saving the six doctors was the good choice... we played through that segment a couple of times, because he was hoping that there was a way to actually save Trish. Unfortunate that there wasn't a way to save her. Or John, for that matter.
