New Years Resolutions
Jan. 20th, 2016 12:37 pmI had every intention of doing this earlier, but I've been unmotivated. (I would not do well without employment for a long period of time! I barely handled it short-term.)
Anyway. Keeping this short.
Resolutions:
- Stop signing up for exchange-style things; I've defaulted on so many lately.
- On the other side of that: Write more gifts/treats for people.
- Get back to doing one self-portrait per month. (I just got a bunch of art supplies as a gift; that will help!)
- Learn a bit more about sewing and beadwork. I have a decent foundation for beadwork, not so much for sewing (although I did handsew a tabard out of a bedsheet the other day.) It'd be nice to have a machine, though.
I was going to make these into more sustainable goals. But school's started again, and I just realized I have ten minutes to get to class. This might be a long semester, since I'm at nearly full-time hours. Let's hope I can handle the material.
Happy 2016, everyone.
