Yet another signal boost

I mentioned this before, but I think that today's theme is relevant to a lot of people's interests.

The first day of fic_promptly's Contest Week is for fandoms that don't have many prompts. If you don't want to do any of those fandoms, you can still write for the grand prize, which is 50 DW points.

A lot of fandoms that I know that a bunch of you read and write are in that category, according to the archive, since the rule is that it must have ten total prompts or less. Also, only prompts that have not yet been filled count for the challenge. Check it out!

....man I have spent so long making a list this morning of things I want to attempt.

I'm going to have to try to convince myself to do some of these as little 200-300 word things, instead of just picking one and letting it balloon on me ^^;

Geez, I know what you mean. I always have to just hold back the urge to let them get huge, because then I never get anything done.

I think most of my writing's going to be done later in the week. It's not that I haven't found a lot of prompts that look like stuff I could do; it's just that I realize after clicking on them that I was the one who left them. I mean, I know that I could fil them, but it's not the same as getting fic from someone else.

Got quite a bit done. Unless there's a minimum I don't know about, looks like I'm ahead. Hooray. Honestly, I did more than I thouhght I would.
