Good start to the month so far. Nothing remarkable - went to class, came home, watched SO play something about squids - but okay.
I go back and forth on goals lately. Ever since I read the research that sharing goals can actually make you less likely to achieve them... well, I don't know if sharing them would help or hurt, or maybe neither. I was going to try to write something every day, even if it's just a drabble, but I've got thirty minutes if that's the case. :p
As for other things - health, exercise, school - I'm not sure. Right now I feel like I have my hands full handling the semester. No more soda would be a good idea; it's been creeping back up on me lately. That's probably harmless enough to mention.

I read that research on goals too, but I will probably continue to share. Where I run into problems is where I over discuss the goal and how to achieve it with people that are uber close to me. Then I am less likely to do it. But in my journal...I guess I feel that I am writing it down more for me so it's like it isn't done. Whether I achieve or not then depends on me...or what life is throwing at me.
