Year in Review
In 2014:
- I took six classes and got five A's and one B.
- Finally cut my hours down at work. Feeling happier about it in general now - I'm so burnt out there.
- I didn't write much, although I did manage a few pieces near the end of the year. I mostly sketched, though.
Today: Didn't do much, to be honest. I'm not a big party-goer. I played video games and got something to cook for dinner tonight and got a few more things mailed off, so that I can make sure I get my college credit from everything I can.
Also we just watched Ep. 11 of Agents of Shield. Main reaction: HOLY FUCKING SHIT. (And I can't help but think that whole reveal was sort of an aside to the fans who were so desperate to keep Coulson alive after being stabbed through the heart, as a sort of Look what we had to do to the character to do this! I mean. Damn.)
Next year:
I don't have a lot of goals to make, to be honest. Writing, art, hobbies in general... everything is overshadowed by trying to get through this degree as quickly and as efficiently as possible. I'm currently looking at scholarships. I don't think there are going to be that many for my situation, but I'm going to try.
I am continuing to give up sugar and sweets as much as possible. I'll probably try to reintroduce fresh fruit into my diet soon, and I'm not worrying that much about carbs in general at the moment. But last term I went crazy with the ice cream and other sweets as a means of getting through a difficult schedule, and I'm dealing with it now. Exercising more is also down the road. I'm already at twice a week. I could bump that up a little more.
I'll conclude this with a picture that I drew a couple of days ago.

Also, holy crap that is a lot of classes to do while also working. I am freaking impressed.
