AGT Thoughts
I've been following America's Got Talent this season, partially because my partner's a huge fan. There were some pretty neat acts on this season, though. I have a few opinions.
The winner this time, Paul Zerden, was a ventriloquist. I do admit, technically speaking, he knew what he was doing and did it well. That said, I didn't vote for him because, one, I found one of his puppets actively creepy, and two, I'm pretty much over ventriloquists in general. (I do at least hope he'll write different material for his live shows than he uses for any taped performances, though... unlike some ventriloquist acts.)
Acts that I liked very much and hope don't just fade away:

There were more, of course. But I've probably just forgotten about the ones I was neutral about.
