Exercise!
In other news, I am a doofus who didn't think about the possibility of looking for aerobics videos on YouTube until yesterday. (I prefer to go outside and walk, but it gets dark too early for that to always be an option this time of year.)
That is how I discovered Fitness Blender. I've only done a couple of their lighter (less intense, lower-impact) routines, because I need to get back into shape and can't handle high-impact right now. But for now, I'm happy with them - and they have plenty of other videos to try out.
Thought I'd share with anyone else who might be interested. :)
